At Techzination, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. Our refund and return policy provides options for exchanges or refunds under the following circumstances:

1) Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive an incorrect product, Techzination will handle the return shipping at no cost to you.

Upon receiving the wrong product, we will either send you the correct item or process a refund within 3 business days based on your preference.

The returned product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Ensure the product is sealed in its original packaging and includes all accompanying documentation, such as the invoice, price tags, labels, warranty card, and any accessories provided at the time of delivery.

2) Change of Mind or Order Cancellation

If you decide you no longer want the product, you can request a refund within 3 days of delivery, provided the product packaging remains unopened.

If the product packaging has been opened, is damaged, or the product has been used, a return or refund will not be granted.

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

3) Damaged Product Received

If you receive a damaged product, you may request a refund by providing video evidence of the damage.

We recommend recording a video while unwrapping and unboxing the product to serve as proof of receiving a damaged item.

For high-end products, issues related to product performance, refunds, replacements, and repairs will be assessed and managed by our Aftersales department.

Without video evidence, or if the video is made after the product has been unboxed, a refund will not be issued.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges for products purchased from Techzination will be managed exclusively by our team at techzination.com, not at any other authorized store.
